The main opposition, Peoples Democratic Party on Saturday stated that the National Chairman of the party, Iyorchia Ayu and the National Secretary are vested with the power to authenticate party membership cards. The presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Bola Ahmed Tinubu, has identified only two candidates as his major contenders in the 2023 presidential race.
