Lagos State command of the Nigeria Police Force has confirmed the arrest of some individuals over possession of firearms. The three suspects, according to the force, were arrested with a large cache of ammunition in two commercial buses while transporting the same to Katsina State.
In a terse statement made available to newsmen on Saturday, the Police spokesman in the state, Benjamin Hundeyin, said the suspects were nabbed with the consignment at Poromope Estate, Ijede Road in the Ikorodu area of Lagos. Read More...
